At 360 salon we pride ourselves in keeping our commitment to educating our clients on maintaining healthy hair.  Listed below are some hair care do's and don'ts for this month.


Do's
shampoo hair 1  to 2x's  weekly
moisture treatment 1x weekly
drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily
take 1 biotin hair vitamin daily

We are quickly approaching winter.  During these months the scalp gets dry due to the lack of moisture in the air.  Following this hair Rx
will help your hair maintain its luster. Moisture treatments help to restore shine and moisture to dry hair.  Water is to our hair as water is to a dry thirsty plant. Biotin hair vitamins help our hair get it's missing nutrients. Improper diet is one of the leading causes of hair shedding. When we take vitamins is goes through the scalp and feeds the hair follicle promoting hair growth.

Don'ts
Shampoo with cleansing shampoo's more than twice per month.
Skip monthly hair treatments that your stylist has prescribed.
Don't relax your own hair.
Shampooing hair with deep cleansing shampoos not prescribed by your stylist can quickly result in excessive dryness to cuticle layers.  We recommend preventive treatments each month to our clients.  This keeps the inner most layer of the hair nourished.  Treatments penetrate the hair conditioning it from the inside out.   Relaxing your own hair results in uneven processing, over processing, long strand hair loss and in some cases premature hair loss.
